Brand & Community Engagement Director

Having joined us in June 2025, Jordan is a marketing & branding specialist with experience at global brands such as Apple, Formula E, Meta and Nothing, as well working with independent grassroots, community-led organisations across fashion, sustainability and hospitality.

Having developed our brand proposition and identity, website and social media presence on a voluntary basis, we were delighted to formally appoint him as Brand and Community Engagement Director in April 2026.

VOLUNTEERS

Impact isn't only measured in the people we support, it's also visible in the people who choose to stay and give back. As part of our model we want to opportunities to our community members, and several of the people we’ve supported have gone on to volunteer with us, significantly strengthening what we can offer.

Suzie

Suzie joined us in June 2026, bringing invaluable experience as a former head teacher of a local school and volunteer with SEND children. Her understanding of family dynamics, educational barriers, and community engagement has already proved enormously valuable to how we think about and deliver our support.

HANEEN

Haneen joined us in July 2026 from a cybersecurity background, bringing specialist expertise that directly supports our data protection responsibilities. With Haneen on board, our GDPR and data protection policies are in safe, highly qualified hands, meaning we are better placed than ever to handle sensitive community data with the rigour it demands.

Shadi

Shadi first came to us as an observer during a complex Safe Haven situation where we worked together to secure a safe place to sleep for someone in need, an experience that stayed with Shadi who since has decided to volunteer with us. She brings strong management and administrative skills, supporting the accurate manual collection of drop-in data and is also being prepared to support Ask for Angela and Safe Haven situations.
